Do you accept Medicaid insurance? 

At this time, our office does not participate with Medicaid insurance plans. 

Are you in-network with my insurance? 

Network participation depends on your specific insurance plan. Patients are responsible for verifying network status, coverage, and eligibility with their insurance provider prior to treatment. It is recommended that patients call the number on the back of their insurance card to verify network status. 

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes. We work with many dental insurance plans. Coverage and benefits vary by plan and employer. It is required patients confirm specific benefits and network status directly with your dental insurance provider prior to scheduling. 

Will you file my insurance for me?

As a courtesy, we are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf. Please note that insurance benefits are determined by your insurance company, not our office. 

What if my insurance does not pay as expected?

Insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment. Any portion not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. 

When is payment due? 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. 

Do you offer payment plans?

No. Payments are due at time of service. But, we do accept Care Credit as a third-party financing option. 

Are patients responsible for balances? 

Yes. Patients are responsible for all fees incurred, regardless of insurance coverage. 

Why do fees vary with insurance? 

Insurance companies set limitations, exclusions, and fee schedules that may differ from your treatment plan. Our fees reflect the quality of care provided, not insurance reimbursements. 

Who can I contact with insurance or billing questions?

Our team is happy to help with general questions. For detailed coverage or network questions, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.
